Last Updated: July 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to NebNote Jobs (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “NebNote Jobs”), accessible at www.nebnote.com. NebNote Jobs is an independent online information platform created for international professionals, skilled workers, and students who are planning to work, study, or build their financial future in the United Kingdom.

We publish original guides on UK employment, visa sponsorship, career development, student finance, personal loans, credit building, and cost of living. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including all content, guides, and features available on it. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using NebNote Jobs, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. This applies whether you are a casual visitor, a registered user, or someone contacting us for information.

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as UK immigration rules, financial regulations, and advertising or data-protection requirements evolve. Your continued use of the website after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this website.

  • Share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Contact us with questions, feedback, or corrections

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, servers, or databases
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract or reproduce our content without permission
  • Uploading or transmitting any material that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
  • Impersonating NebNote Jobs, its staff, or any other person or entity
  • Using the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

NebNote Jobs is an information platform, not a regulated advice provider. We are not a recruitment agency, a bank, a visa processing service, or a provider of regulated financial, legal, or immigration advice. As a user of this website, you are responsible for:

  • Verifying any information published on this site against official, current UK Government, Home Office, or relevant regulatory sources before relying on it or acting upon it
  • Seeking guidance from a qualified, regulated professional — such as an immigration solicitor, a Financial Conduct Authority-authorised financial adviser, or an accredited careers adviser — before making any employment, visa, financial, or borrowing decision
  • Ensuring any personal or financial decisions you make (including applying for loans, credit cards, or bank accounts referenced in our guides) are based on your own research and due diligence, and that you meet the eligibility criteria set by the relevant provider
  • Using any contact forms or email correspondence with us honestly and not for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes
  • Not clicking on advertisements displayed on this website for any reason other than genuine interest in the advertised product or service

You acknowledge that UK immigration policy, visa sponsorship rules, and financial regulations change frequently, and that content on this website may not always reflect the most current position at the moment you read it, despite our efforts to keep it updated.

5. Intellectual Property (revised)

All content published on NebNote Jobs — including but not limited to guides, articles, text, graphics, logos, layout, and site design — is produced by our in-house editorial team using publicly available UK Government data, Home Office statistics, NHS employer information, Bank of England data, and current market analysis. This content is either owned by NebNote Jobs or used with appropriate permission, and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may:

  • View, read, and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use
  • Link to our content, provided the link is fair, accurate, and does not imply endorsement without our consent

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Reproduce, copy, republish, rewrite, or redistribute our content, in whole or in part, on another website, publication, or platform
  • Use our content for commercial purposes, including AI training datasets, content aggregation, or resale
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from our content

Third-party and government data: Where our guides reference or summarise publicly available UK Government, Home Office, NHS, or Bank of England data, that underlying data remains the property of the relevant government body or organisation and is used under the applicable Open Government Licence or equivalent public-data terms, not claimed as our own.

Copyright complaints: If you believe any content on NebNote Jobs infringes your copyright, please contact us at admin@nebnote.com with details of the material and your ownership rights, and we will investigate and remove any infringing content promptly.

6. Advertising, External Links, and Cookies (revised — combines old Section 6 with AdSense-required disclosures)

Advertising: NebNote Jobs displays advertisements served through Google AdSense and other Google advertising products. These advertisements are selected and served automatically by Google’s systems and do not reflect our editorial opinion, endorsement, or recommendation. We do not accept payment for editorial coverage, sponsored articles, or biased product reviews, and advertising placement never influences the content of our guides.

Cookies and third-party data collection: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this website. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this website and/or other websites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for interest-based advertising by visiting aboutads.info. Further detail on what data is collected, why, and how you can control it is set out in our separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms by reference.

External links: NebNote Jobs may contain links to third-party websites, including UK Government sources, Home Office resources, NHS employer information, Bank of England data, banks, credit card providers, lenders, and employers. These links are provided for your convenience and to support the research behind our guides. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or terms and conditions of any third-party websites. Including a link on NebNote Jobs does not imply our endorsement of that organisation, product, or service. You access any external website entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

NebNote Jobs is an independent information platform. We do not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, or immigration advice, and nothing on this website should be treated as such. All content is provided for general informational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information we publish, using publicly available UK Government data, Home Office statistics, NHS employer information, Bank of England data, and current market analysis. However, we make no warranty or representation, express or implied, that any content on this website is accurate, complete, or up to date at the time you access it.
  • We accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, financial, or consequential — arising from your reliance on any information, guide, or external link published on this website, including but not limited to decisions relating to employment, visa applications, loans, credit cards, or bank accounts.
  • We do not guarantee that the website will be secure, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law, including certain statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the law, our editorial practices, our use of advertising or data, or the way our website operates. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to check this page from time to time, as continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we make material changes that significantly affect your rights as a user, we will take reasonable steps to make this clear, such as a notice on the homepage.

9. Contact Information

If you have any questions about these Terms, believe any content requires correction, wish to raise a copyright concern, or have a general enquiry, please contact us directly:

Email: admin@nebnote.com

We aim to respond to all genuine enquiries within three working days.

Disclaimer: NebNote Jobs is an independent information platform. We do not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, or immigration advice. All content is for general informational purposes only. For regulated advice, please consult a qualified UK financial adviser or registered immigration solicitor.

What actually got fixed, and what’s still outstanding:

  1. Copyright — the IP section now doesn’t overclaim ownership of government/public data, and adds a takedown-request process, which protects you if someone alleges infringement rather than just asserting rights you may not fully hold.
  2. AdSense compliance — Section 6 now includes the two things Google explicitly requires in publisher disclosures: (a) that third parties, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits, and (b) the opt-out links (Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info). Section 3 also bans artificial/incentivised ad clicks, which AdSense’s program policies require publishers to prohibit.
  3. Still needed, and this T&C alone won’t cover it: AdSense’s own policy (Section 10 of their publisher agreement) requires this disclosure to live in a standalone Privacy Policy, not buried in Terms — referencing it here isn’t a substitute. You’ll also need an EU/UK-compliant cookie consent banner (opt-in, no pre-ticked boxes) if you’re serving UK/EU visitors, since PECR and UK GDPR require consent before non-essential cookies load, not just after-the-fact disclosure.
